I have started at Durbanville Methodist Church on the 21st of June 2010 as Receptionist. I have been in the Textile Trade for 30 years, been home for 8 years which I have thoroughly enjoyed with my kids (daughter now 17 and son 32). Being back at work full time is challenging but at the end of day rewarding and thanks to The Almighty who steered me in the direction of DMC. The group of people I work with are very caring, kind, patient and go the extra mile to assist me. I love the interaction with all at DMC especially during the day with someone passing by with a smile and cheerful word. I have been married to Greg for 33 years. We have been members of DMC since 2004 and are very happy and blessed to be part of this congregation. |
